ADMISSIONS

1. Submit WJNS Student Application by January 31st of entrance year

• applications accepted year-round, so long as space is available

• $80.00 application fee due with application submission

• all applications for admission must be completed online through our FACTS Management system (link to the right).

2. Schedule and complete school tour

• student applicant is welcome to join, but not required to attend

• submit form below to begin scheduling process

3. Schedule and complete on-site student testing by March 31st of entrance year

• submit form below to begin scheduling process

4. Notification of acceptance mailed out Mid-February (Preschool applicants) and early April (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

• Applicant's Letter of Intent due within 10 days of receiving notification of acceptance

For our preschool families, the annual school tuition is a 12-month program.

2026-2027 Tuition and Fees:

Preschool 2s Tuition: $16,800.00 ($1,400.00/month)

Preschool 3s/4s/5s Tuition: $15,360.00 ($1,280.00/month)

Preschool Comprehensive Fee: $450.00

For our elementary school families, the annual school tuition is a 10-month program.

2026-2027 Tuition and Fees:

Elementary Tuition: $11,500.00 ($1,150.00/month)

Comprehensive Fee: $700.00

After Care: $1,500.00 ($150.00/month)

For our middle school families, the annual school tuition is a 10-month program.

Middle School Tuition: $11,500.00 ($1,150.00/month)

Comprehensive Fee: $700.00
